There's more reason why he should hire Caucasians than Kenya or Ghana Negros. But rather than dabble in dopey probabilistic stupidity, he surely hires anyone if they're the best they can hire. I doubt he cares whether they are Africans, Indians, English or Made in China. He says he does and surely does choose on who are the best he can hire.
