Yeah there was also an incident where McCain pulled a stunt on an aircraft carrier with one of the fighter planes that endangered other personnel. Luckily nobody was hurt

McCain didn't have to go...he was rich and had nothing to gain. He is the rare guy who actually joined to serve his country....NOT BECAUSE HE COULDN'T FIND A JOB OR WANTED THE GI BENNIES as most of those I asked why they joined said. Only those drafted into war deserve thanks for service...the rest should thank the taxpayers
