Re: Are you switching to O because the rates are going lower or are you expecting a recession and figure O would hold up better than a REIT CEF?

I'm thinking that floating interest rate funds are not only going to drop in price, but they might be more susceptible to distribution cuts. I think O will be steady and reliable with their dividend, and increase it as they go along.

I will tell you this though, I am not going to take steep draw downs on any CEF or BDC. I'll sell and go to cash if I have to.
