Tomorrow, I 'll take a little field trip to CompUSA on 5th Ave. I haven't been there in awhile, and I'll post my impressions of the storage sector aisles, Zip built-ins, prices, etc. I may even pop into that big Computer Store on 40th Street and 6th Ave. I hate that store, as it feels cold and unfriendly, kind of like Robert Skinner's latest couple of posts directed to me. I'll try and do the same thing at that Computer Store, and try not to attract the usual number of security guards that like to follow me around.

Random Thoughts FWIW Whisper Number - I'll second those 1 cent to 2 cents estimates. Perhaps we can make Rocky's forecast the highest one on the board. Estimate Thread - If someone happens to start a new estimate thread for this quarter, please take whatever I might post and subtract 30%. Rocky and Security - It's not the pony tail and nosering that attracts the attention of the security guards in the computer stores Rocky frequents, it's Rocky's reflex reaction to the SyQuest in-store displays to "Explore Your Genius." Lawsuits - Like most here I'm currently down bigtime since the CC. I hope like most here, I think those who support the lawsuits are simply avoiding taking responsibility for their actions. Long Position - I've considered bailing completely out of IOM at least half a dozen times recently. The current low price and general negativity, coupled with the chance that KE and Krew might just pull off their $100 million plan, have kept me in. I can't say what I might do if we return to the $11 to $12 range anytime in the near future. Regards - Dale
