I know all this seems easy and obvious to you, because you have put in the time to really learn about it, but for me CEFs make my head spin. I have some understanding of the basic principles and strategies, but if I had to construct a CEF portfolio I would be totally lost.

Keep up the good work! I'm impressed by the breadth and depth of your understanding of this segment.

No worries I didn't take it as an attack at all.

My refrain would def be "they have never cut" followed by "they are 2bln in size so some folks must like it". But as maybe you have said or somebody else....that all works....until it doesn't.

I'm going to show GOF the door over the next few weeks...my CEF stable has grown slightly over 20, I may need to cull a couple.
