of course the unit knew not just him. the unit would have been getting new equipment way in advance of being activated. He jumped ship before it became official

Walz knows the future or Ok, I can accept that He will make a great VP knowing the future and all. I guess he knows who will win as well. I suppose every Sergeant could use that type of ability, I wonder if he could teach others? Do you happen to know what his other superpowers might be? It still leaves that nagging detail about the cheque and you seem to be out of answers? Perhaps Homeland Security and the FBI planted the forged cheque with the CIAs help? It still doesn't explain why they let Stormy cash the cheque? I wonder what she bought, don't you?

The sour grapes guy or Passed over for promotion That guy. That is not new. It didn't work in 2018, it didn't work in 2022. You guys are going to have to do better than putting retreads on old news. A guy who had nothing to do with anything, obviously. If he could have stopped Walz he would have, so he is just mimicking an Orange Mockingbird, lying if you will. I would also be desperate if saddled with the DeeJays for candidates. Do you realize Stormy could have purchased two brand new 2024 Toyota Sienna vans? She could have bought a dog if she had another $20,000 and chipped it in. She could have bought a decent house in Meadow Lake Saskatchewan. Maybe Weissleman cleared the cheque and stole half himself, leaving her with only $65,000? Stormy could have paid the adoption fees of 1,300 cats and handed them out like child substitutes. I am really concerned about why she was given the money, aren't you, don't the details bother you?

Tim Walz's former Command Sergeant Major Doug Julin definitively lays out the case of Walz abandoning his unit with knowledge of deployment in Nov of 2004, 6-7 months before he put in his retirement request. Along the way Walz assured he was going forward with the battalion/deployment. Then Walz went 2 levels above Julin (his chain of command) to put in retirement as his unit was getting ready to deploy.
