I talked to Excel IR today but don't have much to report that people on this thread don't already know. The commercial program is going better than expected but Excel is not ready to make any statements about it at this early stage. She did say that Excel is having no problems handling the increased customer load and billing requirements. My suspicion is that the program will end up being a big success. As you pointed out, it may attract a lot of professional salespeople who see the potential for making a better than average living off the program. Most professional telco salespeople are restricted by geographic territory and commission caps. The ECI plan gives them a wide open possibility.
