Tim, I appreciate your comments re: check writing, but I'm getting conflicting information from your company. Per Datek's instructions, I signed up on the Monday (2/4) you first announced that it was available. I was told by one of your c/s reps that I would receive a form to sign and mailback within a week, then I would get checks in about three weeks.

I inquired last week, and was told in an e-mail from " Chris" that the check writing was not really ready yet, and that I would be notified when it is "up and running." Yet I see on the site that I should sign up again. When I tried, though, I am told I'm already signed up.

Which is it? Am I signed up or not? And are checks being printed as your post here suggests, or must I still sign a form in order to get those checks? And how do I get that form?

Thats great but you still didnt explained why some of us are getting a message saying that we must have a individual or joint account when we do. I would love to sign up by February 28 but have not been able to.

I'm still waiting for a response from your c/reps, but some of them don't speak english. I have signed up twice and still in the dark as to whether I am "signed upped"
