Peter, you get an A.

When it happens, of course <ggg>.

A,A,A: For the three accounts I trade with you, Peter. I can keep a smaller account at another broker for news, charts, and other "fluff".

I have to agree with Gorak about giving out my user IDs, as they indicate my last name...and my SI profile indicates my first name and location.

By the way, am I right in betting strongly that you were always on the "simple" side of the hotly contested debates among your management?

Thanks for listening to this thread.

A but why not B w/low added overhead?

People get *harsh* when technology they have come to rely on for their living changes for the worse without warning and apparently (until the survey altered at least the perception) without the means to influence the change. I could tolerate the new classic EXCEPT when it crashes my browser during the trading day. If it don't work, don't do it. I really and truly don't give a **** about the color. I care about reliability and SPEED.

The express server is the best (and likely only) of its kind on the the web. Don't even think about changing it unless IMPROVEMENT in speed and reliability can be proven beforehand. Blind-siding us on the express server would not be received well.

Take it as a compliment that customers get upset when Datek gets broken. High performance leads to high expectations. My expectations for Schwab are extraordinarily low. Schwab is ideal for mutual funds - you're lucky to be able to trade once a day. So tell me again, why is Datek - possibly the best and fastest broker to trade NNM - de-worsifiing into once-a-day mutual funds?

Peter, I'm using orders3 = classic and have just noticed
that I do NOT get a message to the Quotes/Orders screen after
a trade. The only way I can learn about it is to go to
the Daily Activity ...

Please fix it so that orders3 can receive messages
in the Quotes/Orders. Thanks.
