I would never use any platform to make online payments again, I used to use paypal and my account got hacked You still write checks? My Paypal account was hacked as well within weeks of setting it up. I think I bought a Christmas tree using it. Two identical charges of over $1k from the Philippines I think. I was able to get out of it and I thought I had shut down the account. It apparently still exists but no bank or cc account is attached to it. I use Zelle all the time and use my bank account to send checks to everyone except the IRS. Those I write myself. I have enough blank checks to last many more lifetimes...
