I was in my home state of Michigan last two weeks. Looked at property. My needs are minimal so I restricted myself to two bedrooms, two baths. About 20% cheaper than my Fla. home. No income tax for seniors. I'll keep my Fla. home as a rental. About $1800 per month. Still undecided at this time but could activate my plan in the Spring. A lot depends on the markets continuing their uptrend. Auto and home insurance thru the roof in Fla. TWT if I make the move. RDK
