Is so many words what the release said is that the company with no business so far is merging with a three year old company, that has no business. The product's have not yet been produced but you can buy them now on our internet site. We cannot announce the names of the "future" hall of famers even though they currently serve on the BOD. Even though we have successfully completed a turnaround, we don't have the financials to prove it...... Think that sums it up? <G>
