I believe they want to get the price up to around.75 and reverse at that point.Apparently they have news they believe will move the stock up to that level, i guess we will just have to wait and see what transpires in the next couple of weeks.Did hit a high of .25 today

Spoke with Alan Kandall today,he has told me the reverse split is out of the picture.There presently pursuing financing and they have several what they feel very positive news releases that they will put out in March.Stay tuned
