Kurt: For the sake of all those who will be "convinced" tonight to buy in at the market tomorrow, I hope it doesn't gap open. They'll pay a premium while either the MM's short it or some savy person here dumps some cheap stock. Then a day or two later, perhaps even the same day, the gap will be filled. As many have already stated, it would be quite foolish to place a preopen market order on this one. Cheers, KMT P.S. I agree with TG in that this newsrelease didn't add much of anything in terms of changing the companies current value. I also recall another proposed merger that's yet to happen.
