bobster, >>It's OK if Ben likes his system best. Others will too. Bull4Now likes Dorsey's stuff. Others will too.<<

Still others may wish to use both, for the added flexibility.
It is not necessary to reject one before using the other.<g>

I agree with you, Bobster. I certainly don't want to prevent anyone from expressing valuable input on this thread and I hope neither Ben nor I have alienated anyone from doing so. It just concerns me when someone uses this forum to sell their product especially when it's done in such a subjective rather than objective manner. I, like everyone else, rely on SI for great links to great information on the Web along with extremely informative information from posters (many times I gain this information when someone else asks the same question I have). I have rarely seen someone like Ben come along and subjectively tout a piece of software they have written as "the best". I'll make it a point to drop the discussion of Ben's software if he will do the same.

Enough said.

Cheers !!

bobster, I, like Gottfried, believe that the Bull Percentages for the sectors, NSYE, OTC AND 10WEEK are extremely important. If based on what we know, "the total market and sector is responsible for 75% of a stock price," then being in the proper sector at the right time is extremely important.

I believe that if I sell a stock in a sector which reaches the high percentile (70% or higher) as indicated by the charts, and, then, either sit on the side and wait to buy into the leading stock of a sector which has reached its low cycle (30% or lower) I will continue to have great returns.

To make great $$$$ I like to invest in the most volatile sectors which have the greatest swings.ie semiconductors, biogenics, etc. Then let the statistics work for me.

Maybe, I am incorrect? But, I will go the statistics! It also keeps out the emotion but requires patience.

Any thoughts?
