Hi Thomas,

I think a reverse split will come if nothing happens within the next two weeks. But the question remains open whether the stock price will be affected or in which direction it will be affected.
I am interested how the market will react on FAIR's announcement.
There is one thing we should keep in mind: If there is a reverse split for tasa the bookvalue will be 1.5$. Of course there are some stocks which are traded below their bookvalues, but I never saw it with a stock where the outlook was positive. In my opinion the possible negative effect of a reverse split is already included in the current price.
If we really fall further I will add my position at 0.5$.
I will stay calm. I am a little bit angry about tasa because they have some possibilities to take away uncertainty from the market and I feel
that they are behaving a little bit clumsy in this sensible situation.

Best regards Ralph!

Thank you Tom for your "Microcap" post.

I carefully watched the reverse split of FAIRD. Seems like they are going down the hill. What Do you know about this company?
According to yahoo and after the reverse split they should have a bookvalue of 2.95$ and are trading now at 1$.

Still feel good about tasa. The problem with FAIRD I think is that they generate tremedous losses.

Best regards Ralph
