Thanks for the words of encouragement,
I've been ready to pounce on aol puts
for a long time...probably wait for a
week for some of the premium on the
March contracts to erode...of course
there will probably be a lot of folks
getting in to the puts and shorting it
just after the split--it may be wise
to wait for one more round of sqeezing,
or average in to a position.

Barry; and all, my list of top running funds.
Message 3489078
I closed 3 yesterday that had lost their Warp speed
which has to equal 100% pro rated annual gains..for me to stay in,
I'll be going into the 3 top runners early this week if they
do not pull back or show weakness.
These are no-loads..with estimated hold time of 3 weeks,
to trade them u need a discount broker who can swing u in and
out with no transaction fee.
I figured the market for a little pull back today, I was wrong,
but the Naz and Sox, and RUT2000 did pull back..in as much
as all my funds were small caps I did ok getting out.
Money is rotating..one day the SOX is up others down, drillers
down today..but not as low as last week, they are still buying
dips..and rotating profits from one sector into another,
then back again. Money Market funds are loaded..I think after
GreenSpammy does his double wammy next week..( no matter what he
says ) the market will spike on up..while there will be a big
debate about what he really said, ( as always ) & thanks to his
forked silver tongue ( people will read him to say what it is they
want to hear the most, ) and most people want the market to go up
so majority will say that what he said means the market will go up,
they will then be convinced ( thinking his words convinced them )
and buy in. Others will see his words as storm clouds and predict
a full fledged storm and go short..the majority will win the market
will go up, with the shorts helping it as they cover and are
stunned by why it's so over priced. ( the demand is why ) valuation got nothing to do with it. Meanwhile I'm hedging my bets with some
beat down copper stocks, that pay dividends. Not the almost broke
gold stocks. Market looks in good shape untill mid March anyway.
Maybe some more Warp Speed after Spammy's Wammy. There is money
sitting in the wings looking for an excuse dive into the big
pool..
