The only way I can think of how they could buy without money is to purchase with stock and/or sell stock. TG

I suspect most of us who read that press release with a skeptical eye noticed the same thing, but you conveyed it a lot better. It really didn't say anything, but was worded so that the inattentive would think it was saying plenty. Much like the first one. The first one at least introduced new possibilities; this one only reiterated them. This guy knows how not to say anything, and is fully aware that's what he's doing. As in the rebuttal quote in that Boulder article where he "pretty much" said he didn't lie because he didn't really say anything concrete.
