To go along with your idiotic analogy, it does make since to call in a plumber. If a company has 10,000 toilets and he knows 5% of them will explode in 2 years, he damn well will call in the TAVA plumbers to tell them which jon's will go bad and happily fix the bad ones themselves. (and pay a pretty penny to know)
