The recs are probably from earlier, before simple copy/pastes of random images was restricted.

BTW, copying and pasting of an image along with some nearby text ( as long as you highlight the text as well and mouse on it to copy the whole thing) seems to get by. You might want to fix it.

Hi Ron, yes, I did what you said (though it will appear on the browser if you right-click and go to "inspect" without having to copy it to a word doc). I definitely see the image is hotlinked, as are others which don't appear.

Just spitballing here, but since it was viewable to at least 9 SIers in order to rec it, would Dmitry know if it's because the Laughter thread is on an older or different disk or server that lets hotlink pics viewable to some readers?
