Thank you Howard,
As for the quality people,,I speak to them often ,, and they have repeatly assured me that they have higher expectations for RNTK.
Their life goal and financial F U money is tied in to this company ...
As I do ... in this and TAVA...

We will all one day soon have enough of that...

Joe

Howard, thank you for providing the results of your DD. I am sorry to be bringing this up again, but as our friend Andy Grove says, "only the paranoid survive."

You mentioned that:

"the holder(s) of the "A" shares are prohibited in writing from shorting RNTK....if they do...they lose their conversion rights."

I have the following questions regarding this statement:
1. Where did you get this information?
2. Do you have a written copy of the full document that prohibits the holder of the A shares from shorting RNTK? If so, would you be so kind as to post the text of the document here for all to see?
3. Is there any clause that prevents the holder from selling the "A" shares to a third party? If the shares are sold to a third party, would the third party be free to short RNTK?

Thanks in advance for taking the time to respond to this.

Best regards,

THC
