I agree the stock is rather pricey, but it has been for quite some time. I think a buy on the dips approach is warranted becuase I don't see it selling off very much.

I don't think there is a lot of competition. There is some. I guess it would depend on what product line your talking about. The apparel line is probably the most competative. They really make the big money on the diecast products and they lead the pack in that area. The only die-cast competitors that come to mind are Hasbro and Mattel, with smaller product lines, I'm sure there are some others. Revell used to be a major competitor, but they bought them. The obstacle for the competition is that you need a liscense to use the sponsor logos, drivers names and such. No one can come along and just start cranking out these things.

Racing Champions
(RACN - racingchamps.com ) is the biggest competition. Action recently bought Revell's diecast business and Hasbro/Winner's Circle is a partner of ACTN. Hot Wheels/Mattel is also expanding their NASCAR diecast business.
