Hi Breeze, I'm not seeing a new ATH the rest of this year, we may come close, but I'm doubtful it makes it. The Weekly Extended Bear Cycle (W-E-1) is extremely overdue it's been 7 Weekly Cycles since one has been confirmed which was back during the period of 8/29/22 to 11/04/22, the SPX declined 834 points. The Weekly normally confirms a W-E-1 every 3 Weekly Cycles, so we are currently 4 Weekly Cycles overdue. I believe it will take at least 2 more Weekly Bear Cycles before the big W-E-1 gets confirmed, unless we have a hell of a drop of 500 to 700 points over the next 6 weeks.
