We are pursuing the Canadian gas sector with great optimism. The two projects we have with XXX (they have agreed to give me a letter of recommendation to Petrobras [Brazil] upon approval by their legal and public relations departments. When that is finalized, I will announce it on the web and this thread) are being watched by a number of Canadian producers. XXX has advised that if we continue to perform, they will be purchasing a considerable number of our systems this year and on an ongoing basis.

Yorkton is also introducing us to their clients in Calgary both as a supplier and investment. This should bring in some new business and perhaps some buying as well.

I am in the early stages of discussions with a Satellite Service Provider to co-bid a large Latin American Gas SCADA project. This project has several dozen satellite links, and I believe a joint bid would bring a technology partnership that our competitors could not match.

We had seven companies invite us to bid on a US$190M Gas SCADA project in Asia. We declined as we just do not have the resources to tackle that size of project. Nevertheless, it certainly demonstrates that we are being recognized as a quality supplier.

So, we are aggressively pursuing the Gas sector. The projects we have in hand now are providing a real showpiece to the industry, and new developments will be introduced later this year to leap-frog us ahead even further.

Regards,

John
