Ok. Who will be eligible for Brenda's 25K handout to "first generation" home buyers? Are these "first generation" home buyers American citizens or is this government assistance relegated to migrants? Yes, I understand the odds of this passing is slim. It would require the Dems to control both chambers of Congress, perhaps by a healthy margin?
