Rarebird,
The RFK, Jr. factor is interesting. Originally, I thought that the people who supported RFK when he first announced his candidacy were Democrats who were unhappy with Brandon. It seems like there were some Republicans and independents who supported RFK.
The rise of RFQ is a direct result of the political fault lines shifting before our very eyes.

In the past, Democrats used to be the party of the poor and middle class. They used to be the party of blue collar workers, many of whom are members of labor unions.

These days, Democrats are losing a lot of middle class and blue collar workers to Trump, because the Democrats are increasingly being seen as woke elitists.

RFQ kind of bridges that gap, but make no mistake. That's all he'll end up being. A bridge for these traditionally Democrat strongholds to move their way into the GQP.
