Like I said, 99% tax over $1B.
Exactly my point. No one would ever save even a penny over that one billion limit.

The would-be billionaires would either donate it, or spend it profligately, or hide it in wealth shelters that cannot be reached by whatever authorities are imposing said 99% tax.

And what is that tax used for? Paying for mUh rOaDs or mUh pOlIcE aNd fIrEfIgHtErS?

Nope.

Like I told you, "forced charity," which later becomes a prohibition on billionaires.

At first you denied that the goal was said prohibition, but now you're justifying it.
