Not disagreeing, but knowing WS began a casino late 1700's and trading/leasing (central banks internationally) began mid, late 1100's we do have to wonder if there is some central control/code? There is no control code, the market simply follows simple human emotions. Even the mush touted algo's do this. Lot of intelligence gathering out there, if one thought might be profits are used for Military, and or other evil needs.. Nope. The markets are what they are, they are not being controlled by any unseen force. The forces are in plain sight for everyone to see. The governments don't need to make profits, they can and do print all the money they want.
