KMT The way the announcement reads to me is there is a BOD for NextLevel already, those are the athletes names in question aren't they ? Former All-Pro and future Hall of Fame professional athletes are currentlyinvolved as investors, as board members, in day-to-day operations, and in public relations in promoting the company's products and soliciting product endorsements and representation from other athletes. Next Level has withheld the names of these individuals for contractual and legal reasons relating to sports agency law, but expects to have authority to reveal the athlete's names within 15 to 30 days.
