SS is supposed to be a pay as you go. I advocate getting rid of it and making it a 401K style plan. This clown said do unto others but not me. I paid a crap load of LT capital gain taxes last yearon assetsI help for decades.

Nah.

Put a small tax (or increase if it is there) on stock transactions.
Larger one for very short term buy/sellorders (same hour for example)
