What is unclear is the impact on the 510(k) approval timeline of "The Company was required to complete additional safety and performance testing for the application to the FDA."

I may be a little guilty here as well as I did not have the time to do more detailed backchecking. I was more focused on the bigger picture that more info could be given to shareholders without breaching any confidential protocols. So if anyone is going to shoot the messenger there are not one but two targets.
