Janice, I have not managed to speak to anyone at the California State Department of Fabric Care, nor have my urgent calls been returned. Perhaps they fell behind becase of the holiday weekend. Obviously, they must be sorely understaffed considering their overwhelming workload. I guess we must be patient. When I speak with them, perhaps I will suggest they put up a webpage such as the one jpmac found for us. Holly <off topic> Server seems to be running on molasses tonight, frequently drops connection.
