New Jersey surfer gets arrested after police officers confront him for not having a "beach badge." These officers are certified clowns. 28-year-old Liam Mahoney was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and obstruction of justice after he was put into a head lock and taken to the ground by police.
