That implies zero corporate and cultural integration into a firm. In almsot ever role, there is some level of necessary training on firm-wide and department wide rules. If the role deal with people, processes or systems there is a level of training in those aspects. What you suggest implies zero onboarding tasks. I did a white paper at work on the costs of replacing a tenured employee, it was shocking. I am not saying it doesn;t happen, I am saying it makes zero business sense in most cases.
