Janice, Rest assured that I shall continue my dogged pursuit of The California State Department of Fabric Care until we have our answer to this most pressing problem. <off topic> While I was busily grabbing post #7777 on Boink, my carrier dropped me again! Fortunately, the edit went through while I was reconnecting. The skies above Northern California have spewed forth intermittently today, so I think my problem may lie with my ISP or with my telephone connection, both of which are housed in storm-drenched California. Last night, I was getting an "all circuits busy, etc." voice message when my modem would try to dial my ISP. Who knows. I mention this only so that if I should suddenly and without apparent reason disappear from SI, and with no word of goodbye, you'll know why. Holly
