so shields and fernandez are going back east next week ********************* I know I am going to take flack for this and be asked if it is necessary BUT I deal in black and white and for me there is no gray matter.:-) Sorry to bring up the court hearing again BUT Joel Weinberg (attorney representing TMm) stated to explain how the debt with his law firm was to be settled. "PRESENTLY, there are representatives of the company flying back to New York to acquire the necessary financing." I guess it is no big deal but I have to accurate!!!!! You can interpret what you want. Larry BTW, Shields & Fernandez were at the court.
