After reading the Oklahoma House Bill 4156, this task force may be a Trojan Horse. They're going to be carefully documenting all the people they come into contact with in order to weed out any baddies.

Seems unbelievable on the face of it. How can they issue Visas? - that's a Federal task, AFAIK.
There better be a documentation cross check of who is on the voter rolls. If any are found on the rolls, they should go to the "baddie" list.
