Valuhunter That was a very interesting post and we could all probably feel safe to conclude, ' very serious work is going on.' Many will have assumed that of course. But it is nice to hear it. You say you will not fact-check this board. I invite you to do so. I would furthermore encourage you to do so. I won't lose any sleep if you don't, but I think all of us long and much-longer term investors deserve to have blatant lies exposed. Liars will be banned. What I think you will find is that on this board people have widely varying opinions, and are only banned here for personally insulting other posters, which is something your board also has in its desiderata. I seem to remain banned on your board. I couldn't care less. Your reason for banning me is "....comments about our CEO suggesting he leaked info into the market." ( ie the guidance of $72m revenues this company year). My rationale for suggesting that was that Greg is the ONLY person who could have guided the analyst. Your usage of the word 'suggesting' shows that you banned me for making a suggestion. What I 'suggested' is still my opinion, so I put it to you that you still refuse to accept suggestions and opinions that do not mirror your own prefered approach. You could have responded to my opinion by saying something like "I don't agree and I think this figure came from xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and the figure reflects income from IP xxxxxx." But you decided you did not like my opinion. So you banned me. I genuinely wish you and all other 'longs and strongs' which include me, a very successful investment in Zentek.

"Greg actually said he encourages shareholders to ask questions and hold the company accountable but cautioned against making statements that aren’t based in fact and pointed out a few examples where this has happened. Such things can be very dangerous and take on a life of their own when they are in fact false to start with." He spends time thinking about anonymous postings on obscure message boards? Is Fenton serious? Did Valuhunter misquote him? Is this a joke? How about instead of complaining about message board posts he begin acting like a professional and transparent CEO of a public company and answer the following questions which should really not be outstanding at this point. Important information that Zentek management has but won't share: 1. When was the PMRA application in completed form? 2. Has PMRA requested any additional information since then and how does this affect approval timing? 3. Is there any reason to expect Zentek's application is approved earlier or later than the 22 month agency guidance for similar applications? No there is no competitive reason for Zentek to withhold this information. And yes, I have emailed these questions to Zentek multiple times. It's time they step up and be transparent.

GF has said many times in interviews and to folks calling in that he does not look at the share price. He should be looking at the share price every day (like us shareholders) and then he would finally figure out why so many shareholders are pissed off at him and ZEN. Steakhouse

A few observations. It seems now you are the "chosen" one for GF to provide info to and to share with your Board. Many of us have tried many times with GF/ZEN and have gotten no responses. And you have also deemed yourself the official "Fact Checker" for your Board. So if someone else's "facts" do not jive with your "facts", they are wrong and will be set upon by you and others? Who will "fact check" the "fact checker"? So if you decide to become the official "fact checker" for your Board could you start here and "fact check" a couple of statements? 1. Is not GF/ZEN management responsible for the 2 year decline is the stock price from about $7 to now in the low 1.20's. 2. Has not GF/ZEN Management told us over these same 2 years that revenues and contracts were mere weeks or a month away and and absolutely nothing has happened. And they continue to say the same today. I and many others have been giving ZEN management passes all the time. And I will give them another pass now. You provided info on August 6th that Camfil now has at least 2 ZENGuard hvac filters on their product listing now with various UL and other ratings and good to go in various International Markets. So lets say these filters were added to Camfil's product listing just the week before (I think they have been their longer) and also in GF's first ZEN Talk he said most if not all the boxes have been checked to sell our filters in various International Markets. So now we have 4 weeks until the AGM, and I think that gives plenty of time for ZEN to come to a deal with Camfil or any other company selling into these International Markets. It is time for GF/ZEN to get this first big contract done and start a significant revenue stream. Steakhouse P.S. And I dont give a rats azz if I get Recs on my posts or not. If this is a popularity contest, run for Prom King or Queen.
