Wharfie, He needs a shrink. To be honest, I'm tired of evil being explained away as a "mental illness." All of the shrinks and all of the Ph.Ds (a.k.a. "Phake Doctors,") and all of the social workers of the world will never be able to solve this "puzzle" of evil being some sort of mental condition. As for the Tesla Roadrager, there should not have been any time off for "good behavior." He has a long criminal history that spans several states, and he was on camera in multiple road rage incidents. He's the very repeat offender that we Californians love to send through the revolving door of "restorative justice." And like I said, sending him back into Los Angeles traffic, which can turn any mild-mannered driver into The Incredible Hulk, would be like sending a recovering alcoholic into a bar. Tenchusatsu
