The Digital Coast is toast news.com

A random outtake:

A recent survey by International Demographics in New York listed the "50 Most Wired Urban Areas" in the country. Ranked by percentage of the population that is online, the list is loaded with usual suspects--Boston, San Francisco, and San Jose, California, as well as plenty of small towns with big colleges. (Madison, Wisconsin with 49 percent can finally say "We're No. 1!" about something.)

Hey! I resemble that remark, I think. Just a year ago, Madison was rated #1 by Money magazine, though I have no idea why. Anyway, it's a well known bastion of the digerati. I think they got this story screwed up though.

Cheers, Dan.
