<OK. I'll bite. Had you ever taken the time to evaluate the architecture of a Panda machine, you would immediately notice the number of cooling fans. I believe server systems have a minimum of 7 fans placed intelligently within the system to move heat away from the processor and, more importantly, the hard drives. Desktop designs have 4 or more fans as well.>

This guy talks about laptops and in reply you tell him how there's 7 fans in Panda desktop cases. What is your point? Does Panda even have a working prototype of a VSPA laptop? In fact, how many P2 laptop makers have you seen? The reason for the scarcity is because many manufacturers are waiting for Intel to release the mobile version of P2's (due out 2Q '98). Intel is stockpiling those chips as we speak and if Panda somehow licensed VSPA to Intel, they haven't mentioned it at all..

Yes, I have taken the time to evaluate the the implementation of the Panda Archistrat 4s, but the topic of this discussion was a Pentium II in a laptop. Will Panda have 7 cooling fans in their laptop? Will they even have 4 cooling fans in their laptop? The question still remains, how does VSPA uniquely remove heat from the system?
