Celeryroot, The NDA is slated for this quarter and although I haven't talked to IR in awhile, I would be surprised if it were not "on track" (i.e. "any day"). Tonight's press releases were much like the releases that preceded the LLY deal. Certain "bookkeeping" or related matters are covered first and then the press release is issued. I don't think that it was a coincidence that both release came together. They really are a signal and not that hard to read. Other's can make snide remarks or try to downplay the significance, but they are only fooling themselves. LGND plans on submitting the NDA very soon. They have already detailed their plans for a US and European sales force. Tonight's announcements are merely letting investors know what is happening. I think that most understand exactly what is happening, which is why my comments were brief. Others want to play games, or join in with contrary views. Those that want to play games will continue to play games. Others may just not quite understand. Newcomers should be able to figure things out rather easily.
