TokyoMex. First, I would appreciate it if you spell my name as "Zeev", once or twice, I can understand as an error, but you are too consistent. Second, unless someone post here a copy of the legal document forbidding short selling of the common stock against the block of the floorless preferred, I am not going to spend more time on due dili on RNTK. What I have seen so far does not instill in me any confidence. I have looked at RNTK at the request of a number of people e-mailing me personally. I have no agenda, no short nor long position. I will not have a long position in any company that had to revert to a floorless instrument, since this is often an indication that the company is with its back to the wall. In essence, the SEC has closed most of the Reg S loops and the financial wizards on the street then came up with the innocent looking floorless instruments. Last, I really do not have time for oral pugilism, people asked for my opinion I gave it, I am not going to fight for it. I certainly am not going to call the company, since if their PR people are worth their salt, it is their job to put up the best picture to the querying public. I know that to be a fact, since I have run a public company before. By the way, do not construe this statement to say that PR "lies" or something like that, only that they have to tell you only that part of the truth that they want to. Good luck to you all. Zeev
