Biotime is located in beautiful Berkeley California, across the bay from San Francisco.

The Biotime fraud can very simply be boiled down to this...

A bunch of "scientists" explore the possibility of putting humans into cold-storage for extended periods of time and reviving them (that's where the name "Hextend" came from). After realizing that their efforts were better suited for science-ficiton novels, they decided that real work was a bit too tough and they could get rich easier and faster by inflating their worthless stock by fraudulently promoting Hextend.

Montgomery is located in San Francisco, and - of course - is in bed with Biotime, hence the bullsh*t recommendations from Crossen. The executives have cleverly avoided raising red flags through outright stock sales (thereby requiring SEC 144 filings) by opening large margin accounts at - you guessed it - Montgomery Securities and collateralizing those accounts with - you guessed it - their Biotime stock.

I can't stress this enough...there is little to no present or future value in Biotime! Even if they receive FDA approval for Hextend, it will compete in a tiny market with little to no chance of significant penetration.

Biotime executives and supporters have engaged in outrageous conduct in regards to promoting this stock (there are a few interesting articles about Biotime stock shenanigans in thestreet.com.)

I am confident that the stock will eventually trade below 1 a share.
