Hello George and Everyone,

Was on the phone with Bruce da can't get online man and we were
going over some of the numbers from the 10-Q. We were wondering
about the numbers and decided to see what could find.....I think
we found some of the rev's and thereby eps that we thought might come
in this Q but didn't.

All figures are general vicinity<G>.

Accounts payable were down 2.1mil, participation payable was up
400k while accounts receivable were up 320k. I hadn't thought about
the way our phone/fax bills are handled. Minutes used are paid
30+ days after the fact......duh......the SMTK stock is booked as
received value not current value which is about $6.50 per share to
our benefit. Although total current assets appear to be down from
14.2mil to 13.6 mil, the SMTK stock in current value would put us
around 15.1 mil.....prop and equip dropped from 1.3 mil to 600k and
depreciation dropped as well.

There are several items that we as non-accountants do not currently
have a handle on. I hope CC will enlighten us further with his take
on the situation......

TTYL...

Lou
