Even if it is 3 percentage points above average, that is not very significant at all, as you note. I couldn't help but notice he had to slip in a claim that there have been some teachers bragging about indoctrinating their sTudents. No doubt that claim was sourced from the Bee or is a distortion of whatever was actually posted. It doesn't matter, he believes it is true.
