Richard: What if the reasons for delisting will not add "juice", but rather "ice cubes" to the price of the stock? Should they talk about that in such a situation? Financing? At 75 cents per share? Sounds like major dillution just to pay salaries and consulting fees for another year. Does Lycopodium still work on behalf of IPM? Or have they joined the list of ex-IPM consultants? What is the status of their defaulted payment to Omega? They would need to double the number of shares outstanding just to pay off Phoenix. Do you really want the answers to these questions?
