It was killed by McConnell who wanted to give more money to Ukraine.

As you are were aware at one point (perhaps it is forgotten), my view is sprawling legislation should be avoided at all costs. It might have been different if they hadn't tried to cram everything into one bill. So, I'm please it collapsed, and look forward to Trump getting it done professionally next year.

The bipartisan border deal would allow 5,000 illegal crossings per day.
There is hand waving about catch and release but do you believe they would not be ignored.

The bill was a joke to have 1500 more greaters to make illegals more comfortable untill released undocumented.
