Work will be performed in Orlando, Fla., and is expected to be completed by Feb. 24, 2003. There were 22 bids solicited on Dec. 5, 1997, and three bids were received. The ORBI stock seems to be reacting, TMO not. These IDIQ contracts are not dollars in the bank, however, so caution is advised.
