At this moment, I think, insiders may just stand by. Large block
more likely comes from market makers. The function of market makers
is to keep the trade going, they also take risk to hold certain
inventory. It was possible that they did buy a lot of shares before
the CC. Hopefully, some bright institutions start to jump in through
market makers' network. Anyway, 10% institution holder is very good
figure, 20% will be excellent point for a small company.

Do not forget that GB is now on board. We have heard nothing from them. No buy report, no news releases, nothing. Yes, these things take time, but do you think that perhaps, as a retail firm, they are getting themselves in a position for a very positive stock promotion program? Hmm.... to get to a 20% ownership, 950,000 shares will have to change hands. That is very possible if we stay where we are in price for a while.

The effect from warrant call and inside fight are not over yet.
Cloud fades gradually. The CC prepared us for second thought about
the real future. I think, for the daily traders, this stock is not
a good choice. At the message to Yamakita, I mention, we need a
board member from institution holder who can represent our shareholders' interest,
also long term interest for the management
team.

This is very true. Cloud will fade gradually, but we are already seeing put in place by the company things that will help make that cloud disappear more quickly. They are up-dating their web-site more often, the conference call I thought was very very solid in presentation (except Wilson) and told things like they are. This is good. We don't need a bunch of sugar coating, we want and deserve honest answers. We got them and you saw the effect it had on people. I think there is more going on here than meets the eye. Short term trading? I have considered that the volatility will go out of this stock as it hammers out a base down here, but I still think that there will be short term trading opportunities. They won't be as easy to spot or predict as in the past.

One other thing I was thinking about last night. JTO stated that if the stock is above $5 on the day the audit is complete they will file the NASDAQ application. Any institutional players will benefit greatly from a full NASDAQ listing. Makes one wonder where we will be in five or six weeks, doesn't it?

JMHO.

Glad to have you aboard.
